Noise and vibration can be reduced by BIP floating floor which is satisfy F-A60, F-A60S class fire-grade.

Installation

Levelling of steel Deck

If some irregularities appear on the surface of the steel deck, for a minor irregularities can be absorbed by mineral wool part of BIP Floating Floor units. For a major irregularities to leveled before laying the floating floor units to ensure a flat surface.

Fixing of the Floor Units

The floating floor units shall be laid on the steel deck in a brick-layer pattern which are staggered.
After laying, the floor units shall be leveled. When the units are at the same level, shall be welded
in joins with spot welding spaced not more than 600mm apart..

Finishing

The joints between the floor units should be stopped with a filler material. Top layer which are
carpet or vinyl flooring can
be placed and glued directly on the BIP Floating Floor surface.
